Timothy H. Warneka

Regarded as an expert in human performance, Timothy ("Tim") Warneka holds a black belt in the revolutionary non-violent martial art of Aikido, which he has trained in since 1989; a bachelor's degree in psychology; a graduate degree in counseling; certification as a massage professional and postgraduate training from The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Tim's interests include: Aikido applications to leadership, integral theory of Ken Wilber, spirituality in leadership and conflict resolution.

Together with his brother Patrick J. Warneka, Tim founded The Black Belt Consulting Group, LLC, an organization that provides keynote speaking, consulting and leadership coaching services for organizations and individuals to prepare them for the global emotional economy. Tim lives in Northeast Ohio with his wife and two children. Tim is the author of:

 Patrick Warneka


Patrick Warneka has called Chicago his home for over 15 years. A black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Patrick lives in Chicago with his two loves: his fiancee and his camera. Regarded as an expert on Internet start-up companies & visual design, Patrick has served as the president of the Chicago Area Concierges Association and currently works for KPMG.

The Way of Leading People: Unlocking Your Integral Leadership Skills with the Tao Te Ching is his first book.
